I returned to tennis league after 4 years and won my first match!

I can't move though lol so my opponent could figure out how to drop shot me and hit angles non stop. My heart rate races up to 160 which isn't good at my age. I'm SO sore.

I still have good strokes and really improved when I took tennis lessons in Florida in March at that place where the pros train. The guy changed my game in 2 sessions over years of playing.

Where was he when I played college tennis? I hit so much topspin now and my volleys and serve has improved dramatically.

Meanwhile I get this training in my 50s when I can't do much with it but play local leagues. Oh well. Better late than never.

Reps until I'm out.
