Dad is willing to give me his 2003 Mercedes E350 ! Should I take it?

Right now I drive a 2009 altima coupe with 93k miles. His Mercedes has 130k miles..Both cars are well maintained. If I take his car I would have to get rid of mine. I like the altima because of the gas mileage, handling, easy to park, etc but the paint job is starting to look bad. THe mercedes might be more to maintain and higher on insurance?
