why don't more ugly people just get plastic surgery?

Serious. If you have the chance to improve your looks, why not do it? Why would you spend your life looking ugly as phawk when you can actually change it? I swear, incels deserve all the suffering they get because they make absolutely 0 effort to improve themselves. Anyone can be a 10 in this world. Plastic surgery, eating right, fitness. Soon enough i'm sure even heights can be genetically altered.
7. Goals in life:
1. Phuck a girl from every country.
2. Impregnate foreign sloots and flee the country
3. Achieve spiritual/physical and sexual enlightenment
4. Live in Tuscany. There I will share a passionate encounter with an olived skinned, curly haired, italian goddess
5. Learn Spanish/Italian/Russian and Arabic
6. Become a buddhist monk and go awol in the Himalayan mountains
7. Live in Egypt for a year, where I would spend many nights plowing the allah out of Egyptian goddesses
