We’re almost in Q3 and I’m a little concerned about my reps.

2023 was a great year for reps for me. I think I started at 40 something and closed the year with 80. My most profitable year for reps yet.

Now it’s halfway through 2024 and I’m a little stagnant. My goal was to hit a 100k, which I think is very feasible.

I think if I keep putting in the time and making quality posts, I’ll hit that elusive 6 figure rep power.
