Finally switched to Brave Browers, I just couldn't take youtube's constant blocking

For the past few months, youtube has been aggressively trying to get past adblockers. Most of the time, if you've got adblocker+ installed and youtube was attempting to load an ad, all you had to do was hit the refresh button if the ad wasn't instantaneously blocked.

But it seems youtube became savvy to the refresh trick because it no longer works.

Now youtube spams you with a popup that says it'll block all videos until you disable adblocker.


f/ck that, I switched to Brave and wish I had done so sooner.
