been thinking lately about the US food supply system
I dont eat much at my place because its just too expensive to grocery shop other than what keeps me from starving but i eat a lot at work. I do keep premade stuff (frozen boxed stuff because fresh stuff would probably go bad) so i can just pop it in the air fryer and eat. My kitchen is extremely small with almost negative counter space.
Anyway, i made some tenders and fries less than an hour ago and im already hungry. Ive been unintentionally doing Intermittent fasting (how i lost 40 ish pounds without even trying) so i rarely feel hungry anymore most of the time. But this boxed and bagged crap, its GOT to be lacking in enough macro and micronutrients than even though i KNOW there is still food in my stomach, my stomach is telling me i need more.
Everyone use to grow their own food and had an acceptable BMI. Now, I can afford to do my weekly grocery shopping only once a month just so the things i buy keep me feeling less than good.
We need change. Guys, we seriously need to start working on a solution to get rid of all this **** slop
