Mirin’ HARD. That’s a really nice property srs. For only $300k that’s kind of a steal too. Only downside is the location. Not the graveyard. Quiet neighbors are good. It just might blow living in rural Indiana, but for the price? Can’t beat it.

I want a lake house too. Specifically on Canandaigua Lake. Need to figure out how to become a millionaire so I can make it happen fuarrk.
