The government needs to take over people rights to have a baby. Couples must be screened before they are allowed to have a kid. The government should enforce it so, you can only have a baby after the age of 30. That would give young people, 18 year olds, 12 years to figure out what they want in life and who they want to be with in life. Plenty of time to discover who you are as a person and plenty of time to have you save up money so you can be allowed to have a child.

I also think we should aim for half our population size. If we did, everyone would have shelter, jobs would be plentiful, beaches would be clear, you wouldn't have rush hour traffic anymore, or overcrowded events period.

I also think the governments should get together and agree to have a universal world forum, with sub forum upon sub forum upon sub forum and so on until you reach the sub forum of your location (city in this case.) I believe everyone should be encouraged or rather enforced to write about their daily lives in a personal thread dedicated to themselves within their proper sub forum. By doing this, we can properly evaluate the lives of everyone in the world and with the use of A.I. we can determine who needs help and who doesn't. Also this would create accountability for the police to properly investigate crimes. If we all post about our days every day as a journal (which isn't a bad thing) we would all be held accountable. Of course if you lie in your journal, you go to jail. This would also end a lot of infidelity.

I also think all the governments should control all land, houses and apartments. To insure that everyone has a home. With that being said I think all the governments should get together and agree on Universal Basic Income. This would be beneficial to entrepreneurs as well, because if you have a good product, people will save their UBI to buy that. And I think part of the UBI should go to pay the homes people live in (which is owned and controlled by government) to give the government money for them. Not all of what you receive from UBI but enough to fund governments for government projects and jobs. People should be left with just enough money to buy groceries and save a lil money every month for buying things like cars or etc. Essentially, we would be providing shelter and food for everyone, with also giving them ability to buy products from businesses that they so choose to buy. They should start UBI by the age of 18. With the money they save up (assuming they live with parents) they should be able to buy a car within a few years. Thus everyone gets a car. Everyone deserves home, food and option of affording personal transportation. I believe kids will want to work jobs to help expedite the process of buying a car. Also to fund buying gas for their car so they can travel places.

I also believe, the government should really enforce being healthy. Making sure everyone eats healthy and prevent obesity across the board. They should teach everyone all the diets and routines available and encourage people to go to the gym. A healthy nation is a strong nation. I honestly, don't have a good approach to this idea just yet. I don't know how we would exactly enforce it. If anyone can think of a good approach to this, I'd love to hear it.
