Jack Smith Trial starts today

Judge cannon is starting the 3 day hearing into his possible unlawful appointment. If he is removed the entire case could go all the way back to pre-grand jury.

Where is the favoritism?

It's better than the DC judge - If the DC judge wasn't biased - and trying to move in an unconstitutional rush- and had all the fact-finding hearings she should've had in relation to immunity- she could be in trial by now.

Instead she skipped the processes and it's held up.

Cannon is simply having all the appropriate hearings -as she should -on the front end so it doesn't get log jammed stalled on the backend- this is how it should work.

The DC judge should take some lessons here....

And.... she's gonna allow outside members that submitted a amicus brief in the oral arguments

More parts of Jack Smith trial coming later this summer, including evidence issues - etc

No phones in courtroom, some most info not available until breaks- and after 5pm.

Hypothetically if ruled against him - she could stay her own order until it goes through appeals with him - if she doesn't the solicitor general will have to do the appeals.
