off about the whole situation and is about the house on the lake i posted abt last week and i wouldnt doubt it if theyre working on the deal themselves

so in short
- found lakefront property on zillow first day it went on there
- got ahold of LO who then referred me to this buyers agent
- buyers agent said he talked to listing agent and theyre refusing any buyers w/VA loans
- RE agent didnt counter up to XXXX amount or up to a appraisal or do anything at all (butwhowas a backup offer)
- LO wont send me the pre-approval and said she usually just sends those to the agents (weird)
- LO then got smart w/me and said "well how do you know how much itll appraise for?" because id bet my left nut that it will and i know real estate
- my RE agent then has shown basically 0 initiative other than making one phone call

thinking about firing her and the "agent."

i then texted the listing agent again and shes calling me today and ill write a damn offer thru her.

If your doing dual agency, you might be able to negotiate some of their commission since they aren't splitting it with your agent. More experienced miscers can fill you in
