Are you nostalgic about the cutlery your parents had as a kid? I am...

We don't remember much from childhood but what I do remember in great detail is the cutlery I used to eat my meals with. I remember this "Viners Mosaic" set my mum and dad had that we used for every meal. Maybe it was also the bolognese and chilli my dad cooked that keeps me remembering it but those Viners spoons were perfect for twisting spaghetti on the spoon.

What do you remember using? After the Viners we got this cheap af set that had plastic handles. They were OK but the plastic started fading and looking rough at the metal end, after being washed so many times. Those plastic handle knives were good because they were serrated a lot more than most cutlery knives which made cutting meat a breeze.

This is stuff where we held it every day through our childhood but never gets talked about.

Post your childhood cutlery. What cutlery do you use now? Have you looked into it and found high quality cutlery?

All of us (whether lifting or not) use cutlery in our homes. It's one of the only thing that binds us all together.
