Why do grey colored t-shirts get stinky so much faster than regular shirts?

You boys ever notice this? Probably at least three times as fast. With the stink. Sweaty musk. And its troubling because I look very nice in a grey t-shirt. Get compliments all the time. On how handsome I look. Until the smell. And as it get smellier, the compliments turn to borderline insults."You smell like you've been working out, Don"..."Go for a jog this morning?"Little do they know, its not me, its the shirt. Because its grey it smells sweaty after only a few hours of wear. Like I just ran a half marathon or something. And I really hate that. I really hate taking the blame for that. Why does this happen? What is it about grey, fellas?
