California democrats forcefully remove taxpayer protection act from ballot

The California Supreme Court unanimously voted to remove a measure from the state ballot that, if passed, would have required every new state and local tax and tax increase to be approved by voters.

California governor Gavin Newsom (democrat) celebrated this decision, claiming the act was unconstitutional.

Probably because that's the responsibility of the Executive and legislative branches of the state, retard. Are you one of idiots that think the U.S. is a democracy and needs a popular vote for every measure?
