Dude called me out for stolen valor, advice?
I was hungry so I put on my fake soldier uniform because there's a cafe down the street who gives free meals to vets.
Anyways I go there and get my free chicken fajitas and was thanked for my service, didn't leave a tip.
Walking back home some jacked dude runs up to me looking angry and starts asking all kinds of questions like where am I stationed what rank what division etc made no sense at all. So I just told him 1st class Sargent, Easy company 3rd sniper division 5th Battalion, done 3 tours in Iraq and won 3 purple hearts and 2 medals of honor. As I'm saying this the guys face goes red and a vein on his forehead starts bulging, then he loses it calling me a fake and squares up to me, so I turned and ran home shouting 'respect your military!'.
I'm still literally shaking rn it was horrible. Should I press charges?
