It’s difficult to have a worse 15 minutes than this MMA fighter out of the Czech Republic, who lost a fight and had his marriage proposal denied in front of 20,000 screaming fans.

Lukas Bukovaz fought in a 2 vs. 1 MMA event alongside teammate Patrik Horvath — they each fought in successive 1-on-1 bouts — as massive favorites, but despite the handicap match, they lost the match in rather convincing fashion.

Immediately following the loss, while still in the cage, Bukovaz got down on one knee in front of his girlfriend and the packed audience.

She immediately put her hand over her face in embarrassment.

While the in-ring announcer awkwardly held the microphone, she said, “Based on everything that’s happened, I think probably not,” while the crowd erupted into boos. “I don’t think so.”

Bukovaz immediately held his head in further disappointment.

While she was speaking, it appeared that one of Bukovaz’s coaches had attempted to spew water at her from his bottle, momentarily stopping her comments from being heard by the raucous crowd.

His girlfriend further explained that the reason for the no is that he had recently been found to be unfaithful to her, although Bukovaz denied the accusation.
