Political tide turning in Canada
Last night we just had a federal by-election in an area in Toronto that the Liberal party held for thirty years quite comfortably. It was being seen as a key seat to show how the country felt, because usually the Liberals won easily, and if the Conservatives were even close it would be a sign that Trudeau and his party is sinking beyond repair. Lots of rich people who support Liberal policies always made sure that they won without an issue.
Welp, not only was it close - the Conservative candidate won, and he barely even bothered to campaign. Will be interesting to see how the Liberals respond, and I'm hoping it means they finally boot Trudeau to the curb.
