Make it, make sense

Instead of removing the homeless camps, LA is clearing items placed by businesses to prevent homeless camps.

- Los Angeles allows a homeless encampment to obstruct sidewalks in a neighborhood for years

- Home & business owners pay for planters to try and keep the sidewalks clear

- Los Angeles immediately sends down scores of workers to clear the planters for obstructing the sidewalks

There's the fundamental question of who owns the sidewalks.

No matter how well intentioned you are, you can't build on other people's property.

If the city is promoting a nuisance, take them to court.

thats the part that dont make sense... homeless literally build on, camp, sleep on and trash the same sidewalks
