15 million dollars. That was a lot of money at the time. And for what exactly? A lot of empty land? Full of birds & twigs?? Sure, that land is worth a ton now. Great return on the investment, right? But I'd be long dead before I could ever cash in big on that investment, fellas. Plus, I know the minute I went to scope out that land, I would've ended up with a tomahawk to the back of the neck.
