Tired of everyone being startled/disgusted by my presence/existence

Walk into room, store, at work etc and can feel everyone’s eyes on me judging me as I walk, sit, or do anything.

People’s expressions when they see me is always one of shock, or disgust, but mostly anger or hatred.

Like my very presence is an affront to their life.

I don’t know why this is like this.

I just want to be alone forever, just want to be in a cave.
