Got my test and free test checked for first time

I’m 36 , got 658 ng/dL test but for the free test I don’t know how to read this number , it’s 0.02800 ng/mL

Quick Google search brings up nothing for reference . Am I low or average ? Am I gonna die ? Pls respond
