Starting lifting again after almost a month off, new routine?

Got a pretty bad case of athletes foot, which I was able to resolve with OTC products. But I'm pretty sure I also gave myself jock itch (which I'm still dealing with). Its pretty crazy, my whole upper leg from above knee to where it meets my body. Cream and pills haven't worked great, so I'm going for a follow-up today with the doc for either new meds/creams or a biopsy or something to find out what exactly this is and how to treat it. But because of this I've avoided almost 100% of sweating for the last 2-3 weeks at least. I've been as bone dry as possible.

But enough is enough. Going back to lifting today (I have a full home gym, I wont be out infecting other people). Question is: I've been doing a bro split for a while now (arms/abs -- Legs -- Chest/Tri -- Back/Bi -- Shoulders -- Rest -- Repeat)

Just looking for new routines to try to spice up the training. I will be on a deficit for the next 2-3 months. So a "cutting" style routine would cool if you guys have any recommendations for routines catered to that.

Currently thinking I may give the PHUL workout a shot again. Ran it once back when and had some fun with it. (https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/phul-workout)
Are you not entertained?

Stick to whatever routine worked best for you in the past. Keep it simple. And don’t grow out your hair for the broccoli look, either.
