How does burnout feel?
Getting headache easily? Feel like a zombie?
I feel like I have burned out the last year or two with project after project, **** sleep and cannot keep up with it any longer like I used to.
Getting headaches way easily, no motivation. Prioritizing having a day off way more.
Had a really stressful year - every single day work, rarely some free time, did roids which was additionaly stressful, got bells palsy and went through recovery, my GF got the crazies, changed a few jobs, finished masters degree etc.
SRS Feel like I need to take a break for a few months
