Why doesn't America try to bring interest in soccer into the ghetto? We'd dominate

All the athletic kids in the hood that are too short for basketball and too slim/pussy for football would destroy the world in soccer if they actually tried.

Plus another avenue to get them off the streets and doing something productive, surprised they aren't building soccer complexes in the inner cities.
