Am I an ashole for laughing at someone getting splashed by a puddle?

I saw a car drive into a puddle today to wet someone. I have no idea who these people were or if they knew each other. As far as I could tell, they didn’t know each other and the driver was just being a dick.

The pedestrian obviously got super pissed and raged out. I laughed really hard at the whole situation. I would never do that to someone and I do feel bad for the guy because obviously that potentially ruined his day. But I still laughed so I’m wondering if that makes me a dick too.
