They said ages ago covid + intense exercise can give myocarditis but I'm not a beta

Yeah I never understood brahs who lift while sick. I get pushing through, you’re not a little bitch, but you’re also phucking yourself and probably prolonging the illness. Your body needs rest. I’d rather take a couple days off and bounce back 100% within a week than clocking half assed workouts every day and taking 2 weeks to fully recover.
