I have to pay NY a “driver assessment fee” of $150 for a ticket thats 18 years old.

I paid for the ticket (not fully stopping at a stop sign for a few seconds). I get a letter today, almost 18 years later asking for $150.

What the fuk is NY doing with their budget that they have to squeeze me?
