All day long, starting at 6 AM and sometimes going until 2 AM, he drops heavy objects on the floor, CONSTANTLY dragging furniture back and forth all day long (he's doing that right now), literally never stays still for even 30 seconds, always either stomping on the floor, dropping bowling balls, or dragging a giant dresser across the floor. He also moved his girlfriend in with him even though it's supposed to be no overnight guests (she's here all the time).

I'm badly sleep-deprived at the point, as I can only sleep at the exact moment he is also sleeping, otherwise I get woken up with the banging and furniture dragging. Going on 3 months of this at this point. It's psychological torture. Losing it, misc.

Already talked to landlord about it multiple times.
