How long has OliverHeldens been doing the real estate /housing crash shtick for?

How long has he maintained the shtick for so far? I didn't start noticing it until a couple years ago, but it seems like it could be more than that.

A LOT of "market timers" missed the GREATEST OPPORTUNITY of our generation.....and all these years and HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of Dollars Lost in RENT later that they have been trying to PsyOp a DOUBLE DIP they could have already had a house PAID-IN-FULL

just imagine how irritating it must feel to those we were so smug about their Market Timing capabilities only to MISS the GREATEST OPPORTUNITY of our GENERATION to watch Housing go up year after year after year to DOUBLE or TRIPLE in values!
