How are there like 10 Saw movies with Jigsaw as the bad guy in all of them?

Didn't Jigsaw first kick the bucket in like the 3rd movie? How are they still using him as the main bad guy after this many sequels? Surely, the whole "Jigsaw had tons of pre-recorded material ready to be used when he died" routine wasn't viable forever, was it?
