How the fuk do women hit legs 3x a week?

I know several women at my gym that are “training for competitions” (lol at calling a physique show a competition) that say they hit legs 3x a week.

I’m calling BS. Even with a quad/hammy split, how the fuk do you sufficiently hit your legs that frequently while also giving them time to recover? If I hit legs fairly hard, I ain’t doing anything legs for at least 3 days.

Convinced they’re lying or they just hardly push themselves. Can’t call them out on it though, because women are so fukking sensitive.

Thoughts?

Of course they aren't pushing themselves as hard but more importantly on average i would say the avg female is getting more sleep than a guy
