Anyone seen the movie peaceful warrior?

About the gymnast.

This movie really interests me because I truly believe our minds being all over the place, full of useless ping ponging thoughts, past/future.. etc causing anxiety is probably the reason when we do stuff we don't do them at the best capacity we can than if we were fully present.

Anyone know any similar movies?
