A diversity anecdote for y'all.

I've been going on dates with this girl and turns out she has a data center job. I have the exact credentials and qualifications needed for the job she has but when I was looking for jobs this past winter, didn't even get a single interview.

She must have been really qualified to land the job in such a tough market right? Nope, she has a psychology degree and no relevant work experience, LOL.
