Am I getting laid off (GTFIH)

So my company send out layoff notices to some members. Idk if I got one, I got an email from my manager going over the meeting I had yesterday to improve in some areas and talk more during meetings. Not sure why he emailed me this if I went over this in the meeting. Could it be to keep track of it so it’s easier to lay me off. This isn’t a layoff notice or could it lead me to getting one?
