I’m not into the carnivore diet. People are omnivores.

We’re supposed to eat everything! Especially bread or rice.

Yeah but modern bread is drenched in herbicides like glysophate, which humans aren't meant to eat.

just limit the process carbs as much as possible, stick to meat and fruits as a base with some Dairy and vegetables mixed in.
