Maybe you just take things too personal? unmedicated schizos give medicated schizos a bad name, I've known and know a lot of unmedicated crazies IRL, I simply can't handle them.

Not trying to gaslight you boyo, but I knew a guy who would go out in the street trying to fight with people because he thought people were saying things to him to antagonize him... And then my mother will literally go on about the same crazy shyt for literal hours, stuff that makes no sense... These people don't take meds.

I also had a friend who was bipolar but not schizo, when he was manic it was similar to schizophrenia, he had a bad episode last year and cut me out of his life thinking I was his enemy or something... He doesn't take meds.

The 1rm calculators say around 355-365. I'm doing a bench program now and gonna max out in 8 weeks or so. If I get 365 I'm gonna do more gear and bulk again to hit 405
