Why is somebody allowed to hack my internet experience

Everytime i try to start something wether its a YouTube channel or Sign up to a website my internet spazzers out

Like someone/thing higher up makes it more cumbersome to navigate

Everything ends up taking 5 times as long to complete thus wears my patience thin

WTF my cellphone service is worse than 3-4 years ago

Yet go to any third world the internet is free walking around public areas
