Why is it when two ghetto blacks encounter each other they start an altercation?

Ive noticed something from real life observations, online videos, it seems ghetto blacks really hate each other. This happens a lot at WINCO, Ive probably seen so much degen rude behavior from ghetto types there, and the Winco I go to is in a mostly white, asian and hispanic area, but the ghetto types go there because they accept EBT. I remember at Winco there was mostly White and Latinos shopping, some ghetto black chicks came in, and 10 minutes later some other ghetto black chicks came in, the two saw each other they had no clue who they were and I remember hearing the one black girl say what they staring at to each other, and then they finally confronted each other over a STARE smh

they started arguing it was insane. I thought they knew each other but they didnt the girl kept saying You aint no me Bitch, who are you, looking at me dirty

On cruise ships its always two random ghetto families running into each other and they start fighting, I seen so many of these in real life and can find hundreds of videos like this. They could be the only blacks at a mostly non black store or area and once they see each other they start almost becoming territorial for some reason, it reminds me of two pitbulls sizing each other up.

black on black violence, yet they will say black lives matter, but they dont even like each other and will fight and kill each other wtf?

I finished my food and went to play some Keno before heading home I went to the restroom in the middle part of the casino another group of blacks starting fighting

This doesnt normally happen when they had some White singers and it was a lot o fwhites going there, I remember they had that singer from Staind performing and it was crowded a lot of whites where there and no fights.

Usually about 15 days into the month, their EBT runs out. This causes anger and resentment. They are both on edge and in bad moods while thinking about how pathetic their lives are. They also have a biological response to running out of EBT. They look at each other as if they should combat over next months round of EBT.

They also fight over turf to sell low quality drugs and for "the set".

I think the issue is visibility. In my experience, most black people aren't ghetto (especially not the violent thug type), but most ghetto people are typically black.

For someone that doesn't have a lot of interaction with regular black people/live in the hood, they automatically assume black=fighting at golden corral type

OP this is a common thing with trashy people.

I like in Sydney and if you go to the more ghetto areas of western and south western sydney, you could get knifed or bashed or at least in a confrontation if you stare too long at someone.

It has to do with asserting dominance - so whilst most other people will back down to this type of person and not hold eye contact, the same type of person won't do that and they will keep fighting to maintain dominance.

Tl;Dr: it has to do with establishing and maintaining dominance over an area.
