Anyone take Boron and Tongkat Ali?

I just bought some supps. Boron, Tongkat Ali, fish oil, magnesium/zinc/d3

Has anyone here tried Boron or tongkat Ali? Did you notice any effects?

i have high SHBG, so i wanted to try lowering it with BORON to give me higher free test (have very high total T). didn't do chit between 2 months blood work.
