Lol at all the libs in the comments empathizing with the criminal. Dog shouldn't have let go but appears to have done some pretty significant damage at least.

Dog doesn’t seem to be trained well tho (I don’t sympathize with the criminal lol). They should grab and hold, not shred like that.

Dog performed well but maybe was not aggressive enough. Handler called the dog off too early. Looks like it may have only been his second or third bite on an actual criminal.

Yeah that's what I thought. Usually the handler doesn't call them off until they actually lay down and put their hands behind their back. Shaking seems pretty normal though in the videos I've watched.

Truth is, most auto theft are committed by juveniles, the usual suspects.

They go joy riding, and then ditch it somewhere, and the vehicle is found in 2-3 days.

Unfortunately the rear passenger window will be smashed, and the steering column will be peeled.

The report will be done over the phone, and not in person.
