I once got to the gym and didn't feel like it so I did a bunch of lateral raises and left

I wish I was joking

went to the gym without brushing teeth and showering

chugged pre-workout in the lobby then saw my gym crush

got anxious as fuk and started dancing around like a retard then sprinted to my car and left

I was squatting once like outside the rack and once fell on my ass with the bar still on my back
Thank gosh I was able to recover

shiet makes me think about the time i was squatting then heard a "RRIEEEEEEPPPPPP"

i was on a feggy phase and was wearing tight, tight shorts

sprinted to the bathroom to check the dmg and luckily it was just my boxers and not the shorts
