Does soy free whey protein matter?

Title. Noticed most Whey proteins have a label that says "contains milk andsoy". Doesn't say how much.

The supplement industry is largely unregulated, so do companies even NEED to include that on their label?

Other thing is this whole "grass-fed" vs non. Found this on a label:

I think they often use soy lechtin to prevent clumping

I saw some labels with sunflower lecithin instead of soy, so that would make sense.
