Forum Function & Log-In Issues

I seem to be experiencing Forum Function and Log-In Issues. When I try to Log-In it will yield a "Failed to Log In to the Store" result...so then I click the "Forum" tab and it reveals that I have been Logged-In and can Post. Also seeming to get a notification that I have given out too many REPS in 24 Hours and can't give out some REPS but I don't recall having exceeded my REPS limits
