Mix it with tomato paste/puree first. It's not great, but the tomato paste will make it edible if you are being a lazy fker.

dude,wtf cant you just put it in a skillet or something? your gonna dry it the fuk out and not even be able to eat it without doctoring it up anyway. please dont microwave it unless you got some serious gameplan. even i would have a hard time making that taste good and im a fuking chef

all you have to do is get it to high enough temperature for a long enough duration of time. yes you could microwave it.
it would taste like ass. but it would be safe to eat. it would probably taste worse than even boiling it.
if youre too lazy to pan fry it then put it in the oven and bake it. you literally dont have to do anything. even if you overcook it a bit on accident it would still be fine. it would be like a meatloaf but without mixing in bread crumbs.

I have one of those poly/plastic microwave egg cookers that you crack 2 eggs in and they come out like an egg McMuffin.
It's the only container that I have ever used to cook ground beef in the microwave and not have it taste like chit. No idea why it's any different.
