should those of us with "comfortable" money care who gets elected?

it seems like most of the stuff talked about hurting america mostly impacts the poor or those striving to get ahead (working class/lower middle class). if you already have enough money you likely get richer (for example those owning real estate/stocks) no matter who runs things.
