How much should a single 30 year old man spend on groceries?

I'd say every grocery store visit runs me anywhere from $150 to $200, which do about twice a month depending on circumstances.

Location: California
Shop at Sprouts

Depends on your diet, tastes, preferred brands, frugality. Assuming you avoid alcohol, cigarettes, soda, convenience stores, upscale stores, etc. Could probably do it with less than $250/mo, especially with Great Value / Market Pantry. But if you want steak ($15-20) every day, you'll be spending closer to $750/mo.

Little bit less than that for me in Las Vegas, 30 and single checking in. I eat out a lot but my groceries expenses are typically $95-120 Per week. If I’m not eating out I basically survive off of eggs, bread, bananas/apples, protein/breakfast bars, and white rice with frozen veggies and the occasional rotisserie chicken

I’ll cook once in awhile but usually it’ll just be spaghetti with ground bison or beef with store bought sauce, or chicken breast with the rice and veggies. Nothing fancy.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

My problem is that I try so hard to go for the organic and high quality items without preservatives and chemicals and chit, which drives up how much I spend. I know I could probably go to Walmart and get enough food to last me all month for like maybe $250

I have moods where I cook and then moods where I just wanna eat something pre-made. Sprouts have been selling their rotisserie chickens two for $15 which has been dope. I'd buy those and just eat it with bread. Cheaper and less time consuming than making a whole meal.

It's tough working full time, trying to work out, and then also making your own meals. I guess thats where a wife would come in to handle the cooking and cleaning, but oh well.

That's about right. I am single, but I have 3 cats and I spend 200 dollars a week. Sometimes less.

Olive oil, hot pepper

Pretty affordable dish

I spend too much but might look to this plus fruit.
