Cellebrite is always the firm to do that chit and extract messages, phone calls, etc from the phone.

Still wondering though.. you can't just hold the phone up to a dead person's face to unlock it?

I would imagine the CIA/NSA has the ability to do it but can't because of legal issues.

If the shooter was Muhammad from Syria, the phone would have probably been unlocked withing 24 hours.
