IT’S OVER: Household salary now required to buy median house in Sydney
It’s over boyos
Lmao
….
“With the Sydney median now at $1.4m and the average lender rate for owner occupiers swelling to 6.27 per cent, new buyers need an annual household income of $278,000 to afford the repayments.”
In actual Sydney proper $1.4 million will barely get you a 100-year old terrace fit for the bulldozer with an outside dunny lol

I don't like trump, but he'll likely win.
He will lower inflation, and that will make housing cheaper (ded fkn srs)
idk exactly how it works, but he is going to make it easier to buy a home

That's in western sydney suburbs like Merrylands - if you wanna live somewhere nicer in the north it's closer to 2-3 million.

What's the assumed deposit?
Who the fk is buying at those prices? Fuk those kunts if they're buying with a <10% deposit and using equity. Widespread equity funded purchases with a pathetically low deposits sets up the mother of all crashes when the government can no longer prop up a bubble where pieces of chit are going for over 1m.
If people just bought with large deposits and didn't rely on huge leverage, housing would be more accessible.

Fuk Sydney, lmao
brb drop $2m on a 1 bed terrace house that is home to a nest of rats and probably had hookers murdered in it in the past, then spend another $1m+ trying to make it safe and liveable - or take your $3m and go buy four or five basic 3 bed houses put together cheap out in the suburbs where stupid kunts have condemned themselves to the rent cycle and build your property empire

Spot sold to:
.
..
…
Van for sale.
Million dollar views for the price of a parking ticket.
I have been to Sydney. Prices are crazy if you want a nice place near the beach.
Instead I slept in a van for about 2 weeks. Stay around Cooge beach Bondy Maroubra Manly. I need to do that again.

Is Sydney and Vancouver like the New York or LA of your countries though?
I don't think anyone moves to San Fransisco or Hong Kong with the expectation of cheap housing. There are plenty of other houses in mid-size cities for 1/4 that right?

Do Aussies vote in a much of libs?
The west is literally being run by the whims of single women voters who have no stake in the future.
I wonder if Muslim cultures are fiscally conservative, they would be a good counter culture in the long run on the clown world social situations. It’s just not going to be white’s, they’ve got no control of their women who dictate society. There is not enough marriage and children. Women just don’t want it anymore.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

And bragging about how expensive your real estate is because the china men have taken over is not a flex. Here one can live a good life on the cheap in a rural area.
