Lithium killed my kidneys. I should have quit the med long time ago. Smoking and never doing cardio didn't help either. I skipped blood test before damage was done. I accept that I should have not skipped the test

I quit smoking 4th quarter last year and I've been doing the stationary bike lately. They never forced me to do either of things
