I swallowed 120 pieces of gum today

are there any health risks in that?

Besides this chronic problem, no.

Butt Adam Carolla would praise you for swallowing rather than spitting based on his view of gum. Then he'd find himself in a spiraling conundrum though because of any normal man's view of swallowing or spitting.

That made sense if you listen to Adam Carolla.
