From what I've heard his training program was actually OK - apart from that he's a neckbeard.

TBH unless Coach Hemingway actually done something immoral like raped a kid or somesh*t, I don't have a problem with his LARPing.

Since I have been following pro bodybuilding the names have changed but the oids, diet and lifting techniques are all combined. Call them whatever you want but the big 3 still remain the same.
